LEN RUFFNER is an Elder, Sunday School Superintendent and teacher. He is the men's ministry leader at Grace Alliance Church (South-Atlantic District). Len is also the treasurer for the South Atlantic District men's ministry. He and his wife Rhonda live in Lexington, NC and have three children. Len is in his second term as national director for C&MA Men. |

TED CARDENAS is Senior Pastor of Iglesia Emmanuel, Westmont, IL. Currently serves in ministry with his wife and two children. He has a 15 year career in business and finance and is a graduate of University of Illinois. Actively involved in leadership training and development. Ted is the District Coordinator for the Spanish Central District.

TERRY DORR is the men's ministry leader at Sunnyside Alliance Church in Secretary, MD. (Mid-Atlantic District) Past deacon and elder and member of the "2nd Wind Team" assessing our church stagnation. Former Navy during Vietnam War serving on submarines for Admiral Rickover. Retired, but doing construc- tion work to keep busy. Born and raised in Montana. Have two grown children, one in Montana (with two beautiful grand-children) and one in Oregon. Terry coordinates the Alliance Construction Team.

SEAN HER - Sean began his involvement in Men's Ministry in the Hmong District in 2005 as Alliance Men Vice President. His passion is to see men effectively discipled and become spiritual leaders in their families, church and community. Prior to Men's Ministry, Sean was involved with youth ministry in Stockton, CA then Merced, CA. Sean and his wife Pang, have four wonderful children. Sean is the Hmong District Men's Ministry Coordinator.

PAUL HILLE - Paul is an Elder at First Alliance Church in Toledo, OH (Great Lakes District). He is also serving on the Building Committee for the church. Previously Paul served as C&MA Men's President for his church. Paul has worked for Guardian Building Products for 20 years. He has been married to his wife, Kathi, for almost 40 years. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.Paul has served as District Coordinator for the Great Lakes District for many years.

JIMMY JOHNSON - Jimmy is the Alliance Men`s president at First Alliance Church in Bessemer, AL. Jimmy is also involved in the men`s ministry at the Genesis Church (C&MA) in Foley AL. His passion is leading men to Christ and discipling them so they can be fishers of men. Jimmy and his wife, Elaine, have three children and live in Orange Beach AL. He is retired from US Steel but continues as a consultant. Jimmy is the District Coordinator of men's ministry for the Southern District.

BOB SACKMANN has been involved in men's ministry since 1991 and has a passion for reaching men with the truth of Christ. Bob served as Men's Ministry president in his local church, Cary Alliance Church, Cary, NC, and teaches Sunday school to Middle schoolers. Bob and his 'almost' high school sweetheart, Barbara, have three children and a daughter in law, and live in Cary, NC. Bob is in his third term as District Coordinator for the South-Atlantic District

LES TRIPP is an elder and men's ministry leader at Ensley Alliance Church, Pensacola, FL (Southern District). Previously, he served as the men's ministry district coordinator in the Mid-Atlantic District. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 23 years and then worked as a defense contractor for another seventeen. He claims to be retired but family, church and men's ministry keep him occupied. He and his wife, Linda, have three children and seven grandchildren. Les serves as the National Coordinator for Communications for C&MA Men. |

MONTY WINTERS, a native Oklahoman, has ministered in a variety of pastorates and ministries in South Dakota, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Colorado. Following ten years of developing and directing the Church Leadership Academy for the C&MA, he led the Southwestern District's church planting and leadership development efforts for six years. He currently serves as the Director for Disciplemaking & Ministry Studies of the C&MA. Monty and his wife Marita (a talented doll-sculptor), have four children and four grandkids. Monty is the National Office representative on the team.

JIM WOODS attends Cheyenne Alliance Church in Cheyenne, WY and has served as elder, Sunday School teacher, lay preacher, small group leader and short term missions coordinator. He has served on the Crown College Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors for the C&MA. Jim is a home builder and developer in Cheyenne living and loving within five minutes of his five married children and his seventeen grandchildren. Jim is the Rocky Mountain District Coordinator. |
