Annual District Coordinator Forum. Twelve men representing eleven districts and five national coordinators met in Dallas, TX, January 26-28, 2007. The Forum took the following actions:

• Voted to ask the Board of Directors to move the C&MA Men's Ministry from the C&MA Manual to the NCM Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Voted to change the tenure of the leadership team from three to four years.
• Brainstormed ways the national leadership team can assist district leadership teams in carrying out support of local men's ministries. The ideas generated were prioritized into three categories: communications, .resources and leadership training.
• Rev. Tom Selfik, associate Pastor, First Alliance Church, Port Charlotte, FL, provided attendees with five hours of training on how to start and lead small groups.
