The National Leadership Team. met in Dallas, TX, January 26, 2007. The team took the following actions:
- Identified actions needed during 2007
- Develop a leadership team mission and vision.
- Develop a mission driven budget.
- Improve communications.
- Bring greater ethnic and geographic balance to the leadership Team.
- Define the function and purpose of the annual meeting of the district coordinators.
- Alliance Construction Team
- Welcomed Vance Bartleson as coordinator of the Alliance Construction Team ministry.
- Made recommendations related to insuring volunteers and OSHA compliance.
- Reviewed the ACT Handbook and authorized the ACT Board of Advisors to fine tune it for release.
